Communities Before Air Tourism Act
Legislation that would require the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Park Service (NPS) to consult with communities under air-tour routes before entering into Air Tour Management voluntary agreements with helicopter operators.
H.R. 3196 – Improving Helicopter Safety Act of 2025
Bipartisan Congressional bill that would prohibit all nonessential helicopter flights within a 20-mile radius of the Statute of Liberty.
We seek the passage of legislation that will ban, or substantially reduce, nonessential helicopter use over the NY/NJ metropolitan area.
